Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has admitted that she enjoys organizing her kid’s birthday parties. The star said that celebrating her kid’s birthday is quite a messy affair but, confessed that she and her actor beau Brad Pitt enjoy organizing the parties and try to make the best of it.

‘Mr. & Mrs. Smith’ actress said “We have birthdays all year round! It’s chaos but we do manage somehow. We just try to have a wonderful time. Now the older kids get involved in planning the birthdays for the younger kids. It’s one of the greatest pleasures of life.”

The 34-year-old actress revealed that she and her husband respect every religion and tries to learn about them.

Angelina Jolie said, “We’re a spiritual family, although we don’t belong to one specific religion. We’re very interested in all types of religions, especially Buddhism. We discussed it and agreed that at home we will celebrate and learn every other religion.”

Angelina Jolie has taken eldest daughter Zahara back to her native Ethiopia for the first time since her adoption four years ago.

The actress is currently in Kenya on a United Nations mission with partner Brad Pitt and their six children.

According to reports, Jolie broke away from the trip over the weekend to cross the border into Ethiopia with Zahara, 4, and her little sister Shiloh, 3, while Pitt and the couple’s other four children stayed behind.

A source tells People.com, “On a trip to Kenya with their children, Angelina stopped in Dadaab Refugee Camp, and also flew to Ethiopia with Zahara and Shiloh for two days.

“(It was) the first time Zahara had been back home since her adoption. The trip was about keeping up that culture for her.”

With six children at home, Angelina Jolie says her days as an actress are numbered.

“I don’t plan to keep acting very long,” she tells the BBC. “I’m ready to do a few things now and fade away and get ready to be a grandma one day.”

Jolie, 33, currently starring in The Changeling, says she plans to “work for a few months” in February, then take a year off.

“I won’t work again probably for another year,” she says. “So maybe it’ll be once a year, then maybe it’ll be once every three years.”

She adds: “I have a lot of children. I have a big responsibility to make sure that they’re growing right and that they have got us there for them.”

Of course, to help make ends meet, there’s also another wage earner in the household: Her partner Brad Pitt, 44.

“I’m not so worried that I want to keep this pace up and try to be something and be a celebrity and be a successful actress forever,” she tells the BBC. “It’s great, but everything comes in seasons. I hopefully I won’t be needing to do that later in my life.”

Angelina Jolie says being famous doesn’t interfere with the rest of her life.

The actress – who recently garnered a multi-million dollar deal for photos of her newborn twins Knox and Vivienne – insists she doesn’t let her star status get in the way of family life.

She tells MTV, “I’ve figured out how not to have it be a part of my life.

“I have a big busy family. I’m a mom and a lot of other things in my life. And I’m an actor, and I love telling stories, and I like expressing emotion to try to connect with other people.”

Jolie, 33, stars in the Clint Eastwood-directed Changeling, and she admitted it was a dream to work with the legend.

“It is ridiculously great!” she gushed.

“He has a way of working that is so efficient. He knows what he wants. He’s a great leader, so it just works.”
